Alana and Alyssa

Alana De La Garza is an exquisite actress who has been leaving an imprint on the screen. De La Garza's parents were Mexican-American and Irish-American. She was born in Columbus, Ohio, on the 26th of December the 26th of December, 1976. The family moved to Texas for the purpose of pursuing a career as a physical therapist in the University of Texas. De La Garza didn't last long in Texas and moved into Orlando Florida where she experienced many acting opportunities that included local independent films as well as international commercials. Her passion for acting quickly grew in the field of acting even in minor parts. In 2001, she moved into New York where her first role was on All My Children's soap-opera as Rosa Santos. In the beginning of 2000 she appeared in tiny roles in JAG Las Vegas as well as Two and a Half Men. Her first major series appearance was the short-lived drama The Mountain. De La Garza, who was Maria Serrano on The Mountain was fortunate to have starred with a variety of famous TV stars, including Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Mitch Pilegget, and Mitch Pilegget. Her best-known role was in Law & Order, where she played A.D.A. Connie Rubirosa. The actress was featured in 85 episodes. Then she joined the brief-lived spin-off Law & Order: LA. The character of De La Garza received several nominations which included Best Supporting Actress for Television at the Imagen Foundation Awards. She also received ALMA Award nods. In addition, the National Hispanic Media Coalition awarded her the Impact Award, which is awarded for exceptional performances on a drama television show. De La Garza got a recurring part in CSI Miami a few moments later. She was Marisol Deko, as well as the wife of David Caruso's character Horatio. The most recent television appearance was on NBC's somewhat dramatic dark dramatic Do No Harm as Dr. Lena Solis. It was eventually cancelled after only two episodes. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. She has a younger sister Cory who is Italian from a family of Italian descent. Milano was born into an extremely religious and conservative family. Milano began her profession at the age of seven, when her babysitter took her on an audition for acting. The audition she took part in was one of over 1000 hopefuls. She was selected as one of just four girls. Milano appeared in TV commercials as well as off Broadway shows, including the American premiere musical adaptation of Jane Eyre.
